Dredging & Mining Hoses
Flanged dredging hoses are designed with fixed flange connections at both ends for high-pressure discharge applications. Suction dredging hoses feature a steel wire helix reinforcement that prevents collapse under negative pressure, making them suitable for suction operations. Both are available in wear-resistant rubber compounds.
Our abrasion-resistant hoses feature a specialized rubber compound with a wear index of ≤ 100mm³ (tested per DIN 53516). The lining thickness ranges from 6mm to 25mm depending on bore size and application requirements. For extreme conditions, we offer ceramic-lined hoses with extended service life.
High-flotation self-floating hoses are specifically designed for offshore dredging and marine applications. The built-in buoyancy material ensures the hose floats on water surface, making it ideal for sea dredging, river dredging, and sand mining operations where hose flotation is critical.
Ceramic lining thickness typically ranges from 5mm to 25mm depending on bore size and abrasion severity. Ceramic tiles are precision-engineered with high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥ 92%) and bonded with high-strength adhesive to ensure impact resistance and long service life. Custom thickness is available upon request.
Standard lengths are 6m, 10m, and 12m per section. Custom lengths are available upon request. For flanged dredging hoses, we can manufacture up to 18m per section depending on the inner diameter and reinforcement layers.
Industrial Material Transfer Hoses
Our sandblasting hoses feature a heavy-duty abrasion-resistant lining (wear index ≤ 90mm³ per DIN 53516), reinforced with high-tensile steel wire or fabric plies, and a weather-resistant cover. Working pressure ranges from 6 bar to 18 bar, with burst pressure up to 54 bar. Available in IDs 19mm to 76mm.
Service life depends on the material being conveyed and operating conditions. Under normal cement conveying conditions (pressure ≤ 8 bar, temperature ≤ 80°C), our cement tanker hoses typically last 12–24 months. The hose features a special wear-resistant lining with thickness up to 10mm for extended durability.
Our hose pump hoses are engineered for high-frequency peristaltic applications with a pulse life of 1 million to 3 million cycles depending on operating pressure and temperature. The natural rubber and EPDM compounds offer excellent flex fatigue resistance. We recommend replacement based on visual inspection and continuous monitoring of flow performance.
Steel wire suction hoses incorporate a spiral steel wire helix embedded in the hose wall for maximum collapse resistance under high vacuum (up to 0.9 bar negative pressure). Standard suction hoses have fabric reinforcement only and are suitable for lighter suction applications. Steel wire suction hoses are recommended for heavy-duty industrial and mining operations.
Petrochemical & Chemical Hoses
Our fuel and oil hoses are compatible with gasoline, diesel, kerosene, biodiesel, lubricating oils, and light fuel oils. The inner tube is manufactured from NBR (nitrile rubber) compounds with excellent oil resistance. For compatibility with other fuels or chemical blends, please consult our technical team.
Our C-type aircraft refueling hoses comply with API 1529 and EN 1361 standards for aviation fueling. They feature static dissipative construction (resistance ≤ 10⁶Ω) and are manufactured with a smooth non-stick inner tube. We recommend checking specific aviation authority requirements for your region.
Our coal mine gas drainage hoses are manufactured with anti-static and flame-retardant properties meeting mining safety certification standards. They feature conductive construction (surface resistance ≤ 10⁶Ω) and are self-extinguishing per relevant mining regulations. Certification documentation is available upon request.
Our chemical transfer hoses are available in multiple liner materials — EPDM for acids, alkalis, and polar chemicals; UHMWPE for aggressive solvents; PTFE for extreme chemical resistance. We recommend selecting the hose material based on the specific chemical, concentration, and operating temperature. Please contact us with your MSDS for tailored recommendations.
Our steam hoses are rated for saturated steam up to +180°C at 10 bar working pressure, with intermittent temperature capability up to +200°C. The inner tube is manufactured from EPDM or special high-temperature compounds with multiple plies of textile reinforcement. Steam hoses should be used with proper condensate drainage to prevent water hammer damage.
General Industrial & Water Hoses
Our standard air hoses are rated for working pressures from 10 bar to 20 bar depending on construction. Heavy-duty versions with steel wire reinforcement are available for high-pressure pneumatic applications up to 35 bar. All air hoses are tested for airtightness and comply with relevant pneumatic standards.
Yes — our drinking water hoses are manufactured with food-grade, non-toxic EPDM or natural rubber compounds and comply with drinking water safety standards (available upon request). For non-potable applications, we offer standard water hoses with general-purpose compounds. Please specify your intended application for correct material selection.
Our general-purpose suction hoses are rated for negative pressure up to 0.8 bar depending on bore size and reinforcement. For higher vacuum applications (up to 0.9 bar), we recommend our steel wire reinforced suction hose series.
Expansion joints are engineered to accommodate thermal expansion, vibration, and pipe movement for 5–10 years depending on operating conditions. Key factors affecting service life include temperature cycling, pressure fluctuations, chemical exposure, and frequency of movement. Regular inspection is recommended to ensure reliable performance.
Our high-pressure hose range covers working pressures from 50 bar up to 400 bar depending on construction (steel wire braided or spiral), inner diameter, and reinforcement layers. Please provide your pressure requirements for a specific recommendation.
Metal hoses offer superior high-temperature resistance (up to +600°C) and chemical compatibility but have limited flexibility. Rubber hoses provide excellent flexibility, vibration dampening, and cost-effectiveness for most industrial applications. We recommend metal hoses for high-temperature, high-pressure, or aggressive chemical applications, and rubber hoses for general industrial use.
Food-Grade & Medical Hoses
Our food-grade hoses are manufactured with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant materials and meet 3-A sanitary standards for dairy and food processing applications. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring consistent quality control across all production batches.
We offer three material options — EPDM (-30°C to +80°C) ideal for dairy and general food transfer; Silicone (-60°C to +180°C) specifically designed for high-temperature sterilization and steam cleaning; and Natural Rubber (-30°C to +70°C) suitable for dynamic applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance.
Fabric-reinforced hoses are designed for standard transfer applications where no suction is required. Steel wire helix hoses are reinforced for suction applications, providing additional structural integrity to prevent collapse under negative pressure (up to 0.8 bar vacuum). Both versions feature the same food-grade inner tube material.
Yes — silicone food-grade hoses are specifically rated for steam sterilization up to +180°C. EPDM hoses are suitable for hot water disinfection up to +80°C but are not recommended for steam sterilization. Please select silicone for applications requiring frequent steam cleaning cycles.
