Made of an inner rubber layer, a steel wire braided/wound reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer, all vulcanized at high temperature. Available in two main series: **steel wire braided (1/2/3 layers)** and **steel wire wound (4/6 layers)**. High pressure resistant and pulse-resistant, primarily used for conveying hydraulic oil, suitable for hydraulic systems in excavators, loaders, injection molding machines, hydraulic pump stations, etc.

Product Advantages

1. High Pressure Bearing Capacity: Braided tubing withstands 6–42MPa, while wound high-pressure tubing can reach 70MPa, resisting instantaneous impact pressure.

2. Pulse and Fatigue Resistance: Multi-layered steel wire skeleton, resistant to delamination and bursting under frequent oil pressure alternation, resulting in a long service life.

3. Oil and Corrosion Resistance: The inner nitrile rubber layer is resistant to hydraulic oil and diesel fuel; the outer weather-resistant rubber layer is wear-resistant, anti-aging, and sun-protective.

4. Excellent Bending Performance: The tubing is flexible with a small bending radius, facilitating installation in confined spaces.

5. Complete accessories and customizable: can be crimped with various hydraulic fittings (metric / imperial / US), and the length can be cut as needed.
