Special corrosion-resistant inner rubber + multi-layer fabric/fiber reinforcement + weather-resistant outer rubber vulcanization molding, using corrosion-resistant rubber raw materials such as EPDM, neoprene, and butyl. Suitable for conveying dilute acids, dilute alkalis, salt solutions, chemical auxiliaries, and various corrosive liquids; ideal for chemical, electroplating, and environmental wastewater treatment industries.
Product Advantages:
1. Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Compatible with dilute sulfuric acid, dilute hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, and salt solutions; the inner wall is not easily swollen or corroded.
2. Strong Layered Pressure Resistance: Multi-layer fabric reinforcement ensures stable pressure resistance; typical working pressure is 0.5–1.6 MPa, and it is not prone to delamination or bursting.
3. Aging and Ozone Resistance: The outer rubber layer is resistant to sunlight and environmental aging; it will not crack even after long-term use in open-air chemical plants.
4. Flexible and Easy to Lay: Excellent bending performance allows for flexible installation in tanks and reactors.
5. Flexible Specifications: DN16～DN152 diameters are in stock; custom lengths and special corrosion-resistant materials are available upon request.
