The hose is the only flow-through component of a peristaltic pump/flexible pump. It is made of high-quality rubber (natural rubber NR / nitrile rubber NBR / EPDM) with a multi-layer nylon braided reinforcement layer, precision-composite and integrally vulcanized and precision-machined on the outer circumference. It can withstand millions of compressions without deformation, has high wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and zero leakage. It is specially designed for conveying slurries, muds, and pastes with high abrasion, high viscosity, and high solids content (up to 80%), and is widely compatible with various brands of peristaltic pumps (Bredel, Verder, Watson-Marlow, etc.).
